Applications of Explosion proof cable
In some job site condition, such as mining industry, oil and gas drilling field, or other flammable mixed gas environment, explosion proof cable is widely used. It can be used for the contacting of motors, control panels or the explosion proof control system. All these environments are with flammable and explosive gases. If the common cable be used, even a slight friction generated between the plug and the socket, or even subtle spark will be risk. So we have to use explosion-proof cable tray. It is professional and more reliable.
Features of Explosion proof cable
The same with normal cable, explosion proof cable has leakage protection. There is a small built-in leakage switch for explosion-proof cable. In case of leakage accident, the leakage protection switch will power off in 0.03 seconds. At the same time, in order to avoid sparks and electrostatic etc… to cause explosion dangerous situation, all of the configuration including socket, plug, handle are aluminum, and after spray treatment; plug housing and rotary table adopts aluminum alloy, which is durable, safe and reliable.

Technical characteristics
1)The turntable and explosion-proof plug housing is made from casting aluminium alloy, surface is sprayed with PU;
2) With build in leakage protection, circuit breaker;
3) With ON OFF indicating on pin points, the grounding contact is longer than its main contact;
4) There are interlocking device on plug and socket. It can plug after power off;
