In a significant milestone for our company, we have successfully sold our comprehensive Drilling Cuttings Management System to a valued customer in the Middle East. The core component of this system is our Vertical Cuttings Dryer, model GNCD930G. This state-of-the-art dryer is designed to rapidly and effectively reduce the moisture content of drilling cuttings, making it easier to handle and dispose of. Its vertical design ensures maximum efficiency and minimal space utilization, making it an ideal choice for oilfields with limited space.

Complementing the dryer is our Decanter Centrifuge, model GNLW363D-VFD. This powerful machine separates solids from liquids with precision, further reducing the moisture content of the cuttings and enabling their reuse or safe disposal. The variable frequency drive (VFD) allows for precise control of the centrifuge’s speed, optimizing its performance based on the specific requirements of the drilling operation.

For efficient transportation of the dried cuttings, we have included three Screw Conveyors. These conveyors are robust and durable, capable of handling heavy loads and operating in tough environments. They will play a crucial role in transporting the cuttings from the dryer to the storage or disposal area.

Lastly, we have provided a complete set of skid-mounted supports for the centrifuge and dryer. These skids not only provide a stable foundation for the machines but also facilitate easy installation and relocation if needed.
