3 GNZS594K drilling fluid shale shakers: These single-layer shale shakers are widely used in oil and gas drilling and large-scale trenchless drilling projects. Capable of handling high-volume mud systems, they ensure efficient separation of cuttings and contaminants.
1 GNZCQ270 vacuum degasser: This specialized device rapidly removes gas infiltrations from drilling fluid, restoring mud density and stabilizing its properties. It also doubles as a high-power agitator, compatible with various mud circulation and purification systems.
1 GNZJ752K-2S desander: Serving as secondary solid control equipment, this 10″/12″ hydrocyclone system removes 47–76μm solid particles from drilling fluid.
1 GNZJ752K-12N desilter: A tertiary solid control unit utilizing 4″/5″ hydrocyclones to eliminate finer 15–47μm solids.
1 GNLW452D medium-speed decanter centrifuge: A horizontal decanter centrifuge with a 3.4:1 or 4:1 length-to-diameter ratio, designed to separate solids from lightweight mud at low operational costs. Equipped with dual motors (75hp main and 30hp auxiliary), it offers compact construction and optional safety features such as main bearing temperature and vibration sensors.
