Equipment included in the 500GPM Mobile unit mud system:
1) GNZS703E-ZD shale shaker, 1 ea
It is a linear motion shale shaker with 3 panels. The shaker is equipped with back type feeding box for a lower feeding height. In case the mud will be flowed to shale shaker directly through pipelines.
Features of GNZS703E shale shaker
a. It utilizes the most reliable linear motion for a stable performance.
b. The shaker model utilize pretention screen, Each screen mounted by 2 ea wedge for fast screen changing.
c. The shale shaker deck of GNZS703E shaker is made from stainless steel material for a better performance of anti-abrasive and longer lifetime.
d. The dumpling spring of the shaker is steel material internal for more stronger and better performance of vibration desorption. The spring external is protected with rubber sleeve to prevent fingers involved in during operation.    
e. The vibration model is chose from worldwide famous brand: Italy Oil or Martin.
2) GNZJ703E-8S desilter mud cleaner
It is the combination of a shale shaker GNZS703E and 8 ea 4’’ desilter cone assembly. The 4’’ desitler cone is made from PU material for long lifetime.
And the cone assembly is removable. In case needed, the Operator can bolt off the desilter cone assembly and mounted a feeder box and use it as a separator shale shaker.
3) Slurry pump 1 ea. In case mud maybe stocked in mud pit, a slurry pump is used as backup.
3) Mud tank 1 ea. The mud tank is equipped with container block for easy mounted and clocked on the trailer.

1) Solids Control shale shaker, GNZS703E.
It is a linear motion shale shaker with 3-panel shaker deck. It utilize pretention shaker screen and mounted by wedge for fast screen changing. GN offers steel frame screen and composite materials for its screens. Customer can choose suitable type per need. All GN shaker deck is made from stainless stain for better anti-corrosion and long lifetime. 

2) Mud cleaner GNZJ703E-3S16N
The mud cleaner is the combination of a linear motion shale shaker GNZS703E, 3 × 10 inch desander cone and 16 × 4 inch desilter cones. The cone assembly is mounted on the shaker deck. It is user friendly design. If you do not want to use mud cleaner, you just remove the cone assembly parts and use it as a shale shaker.
3) Mud cleaner ZNZJ703E-16N.
It is the combination of shale shaker and desilter cone. The under flow shale shaker is GNZS703E. Normally clients choose underflow shale shaker the same with solids control shale shaker. For this mud cleaner, it is only 16 ea 4 inch desilter cone, no desander cone applied.

The projects includes below solids control equipment:
1) Solids control shale shaker with linear motion, model GNZS594E.
Model clarification: GN means brand. ZS means linear motion. 59 means the screen width is 59cm. 4 is 4-panel screens. E means it is the E generation from GN Solids Control.

It is a 4-panel linear motion shale shaker can be used for both solids control. It can also be used as high G drying shaker while equipped with 1.94Kw vibration motors and with hopper feeding.
GN offers steel frame screen and composite material screens for GNZS594E 4-panel shaker.
2) Fixed speed decanter centrifuges for solids control and barite recovery. Centrifuge model: GNLW363CG. It is the most popular side decanter centrifuge for drilling rigs.
GN and LW means the brand and centrifuge type. 36 is the centrifuge bowl diameter: 36cm. 3 is the bowl length and diameter ratio. 3 is the most popular ratio for drilling rig decanter centrifuges.
3) Some mud agitators and centrifugal pumps.
Even for the accessory small equipment, GN all made per international high standard, with all materials chose from internal and international famous brand.
For mud agitator, GN chose SOG oil seal and FAG genius bearings.
GN centrifugal pump is equipped with mechanical seal. The material for mechanical seal is tungsten carbon for long time. Bearings are from worldwide famous brand FAG.    
Other solids control equipments can be offered by GN Solids Control:
1) Desander, desilter or mud cleaner with under flow shale shaker. GN do offer 2-panel, 2-panel, and 4-panel under flow shale shaker.
2) Poor boy degasser, it is also name mud gas separator. It is used before shale shaker but after BOP to kill the gas in the mud.
3) Vacuum degasser. It is used after shale shaker but before hydrocyclone separator to kill the very small size gas to protect the cones.
4) Jet mud mixer for barite and polymer mixture.

1) Mud cleaner model: GNZJ594E-2S12N
It is the combination of under flow shale shaker GNZS594E, a 2-cone desander, and 12-cone desilter.
2) Capacity of the mud cleaner: 240m3/h (max.)
The capacity of mud cleaner depends on the desander cone and desilter cone capacity. The smaller one is the treating capacity of the whole treating capacity.
Desander cone and desilter cone is on D100 separation machine. There will be some amount of useful mud discharged together with dirty mud. So the function of underflow shale shaker is to further treat and recovery mud and dry the solids discharge.
Some jobsite may use desander or desilter with not under flow shale shaker to save cost. But the performance is surely not as good as the combined one.
3) Feeding pipe size of the mud cleaner is 6’’ and the output size if 8’’. GNSB8*6 centrifugal pump is mostly used to feeding for the desander and desilter.
4) Shaker screen of the GNZJ594E-2S12N mud cleaner: the under flow shale shaker is a 4-panel shaker with long shaker deck. It can make the solids more dryer. The shaker screen is pretention type, and mounted with wedge for fast screen changing.
5) GN patent design for Synchronous adjusting of the deck angle. When the operator adjust shaker angle at any side, both sides will be up or down with exactly the same angle. It saves time of jobsite people and easy for operation.  

GNLW452 is an economic standard decanter centrifuge. It is specially designed and made by China top solids control manufacturer – GN Solids Control Company. It is a basic centrifuge model for middle speed. It is widely used for barite recovery. Another popular function is to reduce the weight of high gravity mud, like used in HDD mud system to reduce the weight of the mud.

Parameters of GNLW452 middle speed decanter centrifuge for mud recovery system or barite recovery.

Dimension: The centrifuge is with 450 mm (18 in) bowl diameter and 1105 mm (43 in) in length. So some customer called it big bowl centrifuge.
Speed and G force: The max. bowl speed is 1800 rpm and the typical speed is also 1800 rpm. G force under 1800rpm is 815. Differential speed is 32rpm @ 1800rpm. In some cased, drilling site may need a lower speed, in the condition that, the mud weight is big, or want a bigger capacity, GN Solids Control can offer another set of pulley and belt to get a lower fixed speed, like 1200 rpm. In this case, customers only need to change the pulley and belt to lower down the speed.
Separation point: 5~7 microns. It means, it can remove solids bigger than 5 ~ 7 microns. Bigger than this point, the solids will remain in the mud. For HDD mud recovery system, this separation point is good. And when GNLW452 is used for barite recovery or used to reduce the weight of the mud, it is mainly used for pre-separation. There normally will be another set of high speed centrifuge for fine solids separation.
Recommended feeding pump for GNLW452 centrifuge is 11kw (15hp) screw pump. GN Solids Control recommended German brand NETZSCH pump feeding for the centrifuge.
